Marketing Specialist

About the role

COD Partner is seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence in the Egyptian market. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content that resonates with local audiences while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging scripts, captions, and copy in Egyptian Arabic.
• Localize campaigns and messaging for the Egyptian market.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and interactions.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Support marketing events, merchant interviews, video shoots, and customer success stories.
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and emerging content opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or e‑commerce is a strong advantage.
• Native‑level proficiency in Egyptian Arabic and good working English.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Portfolio showcasing managed accounts, sample content, and campaign results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Experience using Slack for team collaboration.
