Marketing Specialist – Online & Offline Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Cairo. You will drive both online and offline marketing initiatives, enhance our brand visibility, and support public‑relations and events activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with creative teams on branding ideas, graphic design, promotional materials and ad copy.
• Manage and optimise the company’s online presence, including website content, social media and email campaigns.
• Create engaging digital content such as videos, reels, infographics and social posts.
• Plan and run advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social platforms and via email.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Lead public‑relations efforts and nurture partner relationships.
• Organise and execute events aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
