Measurement Engineer

About the role

Advansys, a solutions provider of smart, modular and sustainable technology solutions serving more than 100 enterprise customers across 14 countries, is looking for a Measurement Engineer in Nasr City. The role covers all aspects of performance measurement, working with department managers to build a continuous performance reporting system and to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system.
• Create performance indicators and dashboards for operational services.
• Track, measure and analyse company and department performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop techniques to gather data, streamline and automate data collection where possible.
• Train data support, quality and operations staff in collecting, analysing and reporting information.
• Ensure data is collected accurately and on time, distribute regular progress reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a database of all relevant measures per department.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with staff, leaders and managers to improve data accuracy and the measurement process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a performance culture.
• Hands-on experience turning requirements into BI visuals.
• Strong statistical background and ability to reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Good knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good knowledge of MS Flows and APIs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and attention to detail.
