Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our MEP team, focusing on HVAC and fire‑fighting system design, documentation, and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review shop drawings and technical documents.
• Perform engineering calculations for HVAC and fire‑fighting systems.
• Prepare quantity surveying (BOQ) and material take‑offs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support during design and execution.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical office role.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC and fire‑fighting systems.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations for HVAC and fire‑fighting systems.
• Experience in quantity surveying (BOQ) and material take‑offs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
