Medical Information Center Representative

About the role

The Medical Information Center Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about Groovy Aesthetic Clinics' medical‑grade aesthetic services. Working on‑site in Cairo, you will ensure that all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with physician guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone, providing detailed explanations of treatment options.
• Communicate medical information that has been approved by the clinic’s physicians.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all services offered by the clinic.
• Assist with appointment coordination and support the preparation of patient education materials.
• Document client interactions in accordance with clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver a safe and reassuring client experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine, pharmacy, or related health sciences.
• Experience in medical communications or medical affairs, especially in patient education.
• Customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary medical teams and follow clinical protocols.
• Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a health‑science field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, medical call centre, or aesthetic/dermatology setting (advantageous).
• Proficiency with basic office software and record‑keeping in a fast‑paced, patient‑facing environment.
