Medical Insurance Advisor Telesales (English Fluent)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Insurance Advisor – Telesales to join our growing InsurTech team in Egypt. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, and have a proven record of converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via outbound and inbound calls to assess their medical insurance needs.
• Explain and recommend suitable medical insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and pricing.
• Convert assigned leads into policies while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Proven experience in telesales, insurance sales, banking sales, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer relationship management and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, target‑oriented, and highly organized.
