Medical Marketing Specialist – Dermatology & Dermo‑Cosmetics

About the role

Rederma Laboratories is seeking a Medical Marketing Specialist to drive medical and commercial growth across dermatology and pharmacy channels. The role blends scientific communication, content creation, product training, competitor intelligence, and launch execution to deliver credible, impactful messaging to healthcare professionals and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scientifically credible marketing materials such as detail aids, brochures, presentations, training decks, and LinkedIn medical content.
• Support medical detailing cycles, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, launch objectives, and commercial goals.
• Define key medical messages, target doctor segments, and create promotional assets for each cycle.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Design, Sales and Digital teams to monitor field feedback and optimise communication.
• Prepare and deliver product and scientific training sessions for medical representatives and commercial teams.
• Coordinate launch support materials, ensuring medical accuracy, scientific consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and market analysis within the dermatology and dermo‑cosmetic space.
• Support medical events, conferences and KOL engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to scientifically aligned digital and social media content, especially for LinkedIn and educational campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within dermatology or dermo‑cosmetics.
• Ability to translate scientific information into clear, credible communication for HCPs, pharmacists and consumers.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Sales and Design teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset for competitor monitoring and market trend analysis.
