Medical Receptionist

About the role

The Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients at Misr Radiology Center in Cairo. Working full‑time on‑site, the role ensures a welcoming and organized front‑office environment while supporting clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the reception desk.
• Schedule appointments and update patient records.
• Verify basic patient information and coordinate patient flow between reception and clinical staff.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about services and procedures.
• Handle registrations, manage waiting lists, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Collaborate with medical and radiology teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong appointment‑scheduling abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Experience in a medical office or similar healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic computer proficiency.
