Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Night Auditor to join our hotel team within the Accor network. You will be responsible for closing the day’s financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a safe environment during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑day (EOD) procedures, close daily transactions and reconcile room, F&B and other hotel revenues.
• Verify all postings, charges and payments for accuracy; balance cash, credit cards and city ledger transactions.
• Generate daily financial reports and prepare the Night Audit report for management.
• Maintain proper records of all transactions, highlight discrepancies and unusual activity.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations and Accounting to keep PMS and POS systems updated and balanced.
• Monitor hotel security, handle emergencies according to procedures and ensure guest and property safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or Night Audit roles.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Experience with Opera PMS.
• Experience with Fidelio PMS.
