Occupational Health Nurse – Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to join our Cairo business office. The role focuses on promoting employee well‑being through preventive, curative and promotive health services in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Health Physician with pre‑employment, periodic and fitness‑for‑duty medical examinations.
• Conduct and record occupational health tests such as audiometry, lung function, spirometry, vision and skin‑prick testing.
• Deliver health‑related training, first‑aid and basic life‑support sessions, and support ergonomic assessments.
• Coordinate vaccination programmes, health‑diagnostic campaigns and emergency medical plans.
• Perform monthly workplace inspections, manage sickness‑absence cases and facilitate referrals.
• Maintain records of vaccinations, respirator clearances and post‑exposure prophylaxis.
• Provide medical advice for business travel and support health‑risk analyses.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with experience in occupational health or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and preventive health strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HS&E, HR and management teams.
• Excellent communication skills for training and employee interaction.
