Odoo Implementer

About the role

Sera Group is looking for an Odoo Implementer to join its team in the El Obour Industrial Zone. You will be responsible for configuring, deploying and optimizing Odoo modules across multiple business areas, ensuring the system supports daily operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements in HR, Accounting, Sales, Purchase and Inventory.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules according to the identified needs.
• Prepare reports and user‑interface elements as required.
• Train end users, provide ongoing support and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Document workflows, configurations and system settings.
• Collaborate with developers to design and apply customisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on Odoo implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of business cycles and ERP concepts.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
