Office Manager & Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who will also handle accounting duties for our team in Ntsal. This "joker role" requires a versatile professional who can support finance, HR, and general administration while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finances alongside an external accountant, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank and credit‑card transactions, and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Prepare and process payments via bank transfers and cheques, and oversee payment collections.
• Ensure tax compliance (CPS taxes, WHT, CR/Tax ID) and maintain client contracts and project agreements.
• Handle utility bill portals (VF/Orange, Telecom Egypt) and coordinate with bank relationship managers.
• Support HR functions: maintain employee contracts, prepare monthly payroll, issue HR letters and internship certificates, coordinate payroll with CIB, manage AXA insurance changes, and track overtime and freelancer workdays.
• Oversee administrative staff, office supplies, and catering for meetings and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in office management and accounting.
• Ability to work across multiple operational areas and adapt quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
