About the role
We are looking for a full-time Office Secretary to join our team in El Maadi. The role supports daily office operations and provides executive administrative assistance within a leading medical solutions provider.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phone calls and greet visitors.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Required profile
- Strong clerical background with experience in filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in executive administrative support, including agenda setting and minute taking.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfort using office equipment such as printers, scanners and copiers.
