About the role
We are looking for an Office Services Administrator who will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments, including HR, Administration, and Optimize. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and supporting a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Execute administrative processes and manage data with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and prepare necessary meeting materials.
- Submit vendor invoices and monitor timely payments.
- Organise team events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to HR, Admin, and other departments as needed.
