Omnichannel Engagement Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company focused on health and well-being, is looking for an Omnichannel Engagement Specialist to join its team in Giza. The specialist leads the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives.
• Design customer segmentation and targeted engagement blueprints using HCP behavior, prescription data and insights to define channel mix, frequency and personalization.
• Plan and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across digital, virtual, email and physical channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
• Develop, localize and deploy compliant multimedia content with the Medical, Regulatory and Marketing teams.
• Monitor HCP interactions, SLAs and engagement metrics, optimizing effectiveness, impact and ROI.
• Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders through field visits and representation at key medical events in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing), including 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, regulations and local dynamics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Customer segmentation, behavioral targeting and data-driven omnichannel campaign execution.
• Digital and CRM platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools including content development.
• Analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
