Online Business English Instructor (1.5‑month initiative)

About the role
SYE English Community is looking for qualified English instructors to deliver an intensive online Business English programme. The initiative, run in partnership with the Ministry of Communication, lasts for one and a half months and targets adult learners seeking professional language improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive Business English lessons to adult participants via an online platform.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and real‑world business case studies.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage virtual classroom dynamics and ensure a supportive learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA – highly preferred).
- Minimum of one year experience teaching Business English to adult learners.
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
