Online Content Editor

About the role

The Online Content Editor ensures that digital content is published accurately and on time across e-commerce websites and mobile apps for global brands. Banners, links, campaign assets and other content are uploaded to CMS platforms without error, in line with brand guidelines and within defined SLAs. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Upload banners, campaigns and assets daily using CMS tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Check and validate content accuracy, formatting and consistency against brand guidelines before publishing
• Follow structured workflows in Airtable, Salesforce and other tools so content goes live on time and without issues
• Work with the Team Lead, Trade, Creative and Tech teams to resolve content discrepancies and meet campaign deadlines
• Ensure all content updates meet agreed service levels and compliance standards for each brand
• Identify inconsistencies proactively, escalate them to the Team Lead and contribute to process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
• 1-3 years of content management or digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce selling consumer goods
• Hands-on experience with content management systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify or equivalent
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate in a team

Required skills

• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
• Experience with workflow and project management tools such as Airtable, JIRA and Asana
• Familiarity with QA processes for content and brand compliance
• Good communication and coordination across teams
