About the role
The Section Manager, Marketing will lead the marketing function for alfaBenya, a joint venture between alfanar and Benya Group, driving brand strategy, market research and customer engagement across Egypt and the wider Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with corporate goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead market research, analysis and brand management activities to support business growth.
- Oversee customer relationship management and public relations efforts.
- Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing marketing team, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses and report on marketing performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication.
- 6‑10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in ICT or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage talent.
- Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and performance‑driven mindset.
