Operation Coordinator – Logistics & Production

About the role

The Operation Coordinator will act as the central hub linking clients, sales, production, procurement and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Based in Giza, the role supports the delivery of high‑quality products while maintaining tight timelines and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review client purchase orders and align them with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the technical office for drawings, approvals, and specifications.
• Monitor production schedules to guarantee timely completion.
• Work with procurement and warehouse teams to confirm material availability.
• Oversee quality control checks before delivery.
• Liaise with accounting for invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Arrange delivery and shipping, and communicate updates to clients.
• Track order status, manage delays, and resolve issues to ensure smooth inter‑departmental coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with capacity to handle delays and pressure.
• Attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Basic understanding of production or technical processes (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
