Operational Travel Consultant

About the role

The Operational Travel Consultant designs bespoke travel itineraries, negotiates with global suppliers, and ensures precise record‑keeping in our CRM. You will turn client preferences into unforgettable journeys while maintaining high standards of service and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Research and create detailed, day‑by‑day travel itineraries based on client budgets, interests, and special occasions.
• Proactively contact Destination Management Companies, hotels, tour operators, airlines and other suppliers to obtain rates, availability and special conditions.
• Handle complex client requests such as honeymoon surprises, accessibility needs, private charters and last‑minute changes.
• Enter and maintain all client and request data in the CRM system with high accuracy.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in travel consulting, concierge services or tour operations.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates with hotels, DMCs and transport providers.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple requests daily.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.

What we offer

• Net salary of 10‑12 K per month.

• Full‑time schedule: 8 hours per day with two days off.
