Operations Analyst

About the role

DiDi Global is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the growth of its rider platform in Egypt. You will work within a collaborative, global team and use data‑driven insights to shape the company’s strategy and improve the rider experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets on rider behavior, trip patterns, customer feedback, and operational performance.
• Monitor acquisition and recall performance to ensure healthy sign‑up volumes, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
• Manage and optimize incentive allocation for new rider acquisition and recall initiatives, balancing efficiency with volume targets.
• Track campaign performance and key KPIs, delivering regular insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for cross‑functional projects, including timeline tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Evaluate existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and support implementation of optimization initiatives.
• Assist in A/B testing, from hypothesis formulation to result analysis and post‑test recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CX teams to translate insights into actionable improvements across the rider journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

Required skills

• Strong analytical abilities with experience using statistical tools and software.
