Operations Excellence Specialist - Senior Associate, Technology Alliance

About the role

PwC is looking for an Operations Excellence Senior Associate to support the EMEA Alliance Driver in managing day-to-day alliance operations and selected strategic initiatives. The role strengthens collaboration between PwC and its technology partners, covering communication, pipeline management and coordination across EMEA alliance teams. It combines strategic planning, operational enablement and stakeholder engagement to accelerate go-to-market alignment and alliance execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the alliance driver and team, including meeting coordination, project tracking and governance (contracts, contacts, rhythm of business)
• Develop and maintain stakeholder deliverables such as presentations, reports, newsletters and standardized templates
• Help prepare joint initiatives and leadership meetings, and support territory drivers and other stakeholders
• Prepare internal and external reporting on alliance activities (funding, certifications, financials)
• Analyze internal performance data and research to inform strategic decisions
• Manage the pipeline and hygiene of opportunities in PwC and partner systems at EMEA level, supporting local territories
• Curate, maintain and standardize content assets (case studies, client references, win stories), templates and communications channels
• Assist in planning and running events, and report engagement data
• Ensure process compliance, record keeping and alignment with PwC standards

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, stakeholder management or program coordination, ideally in professional services or a technology alliance environment
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing executive-ready materials

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Preferred: experience in alliance ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, Google, Microsoft) and Salesforce CRM
• Preferred: data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, and exposure to project management methodologies and process improvement
