About the role

Wander Developments is seeking energetic and organized individuals to join its Operations team as part‑time Operations Executives for a 4‑month summer project in the Sahel region. This role offers hands‑on experience supporting commercial development sites and exposure to real‑world operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across project sites.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on operational tasks and on‑ground requirements.
• Assist in handling vendors, logistics, and team coordination.
• Monitor operational activities and provide timely updates.
• Ensure a high‑quality experience across all projects.
