Operations Supervisor – East Cairo

About the role

Join Amazon Alliance as an Operations Supervisor overseeing shift management in one of our first‑mile fulfillment centers, middle‑mile sortation hubs, or final‑mile delivery stations in East Cairo. You will be the on‑ground leader ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality order fulfillment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver top‑notch service.
• Ensure customer orders are processed in line with quality and safety standards.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues related to process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges and drive process optimization.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business demands require.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and adapt to changing priorities.
