Oracle EPM Associate Manager – Planning & Budgeting

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EPM Associate Manager to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning. You will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver high‑performance applications that align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable planning applications, including forms, dashboards, cubes, and dimensional models.
• Define and manage metadata such as dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes.
• Develop Calculation Manager rules and business logic using Groovy scripting and Groovy APIs.
• Support end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and rolling planning processes, including driver‑based planning and scenario modeling.
• Configure Task Manager, automate processes with EPM Automate and REST APIs, and monitor batch jobs.
• Design and manage data integrations using FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI, linking Oracle EPM with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Create reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analysis with Smart View and Narrative Reporting.
• Implement role‑based security, manage user provisioning, and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Maintain application lifecycle, support monthly updates, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and supporting Oracle EPBCS/Hyperion Planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of finance planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
