Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to shape the structure and effectiveness of our growing retail business. In this role you will partner with HR and business leaders to design job roles, improve policies, and support talent initiatives across our network of stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously update organizational structures and detailed job descriptions.
• Conduct job analysis and design activities to align roles with business needs.
• Develop, revise and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
• Support performance management systems and competency frameworks.
• Analyze workforce data, prepare HR reports and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Participate in employee engagement, succession planning and talent development programs.
• Assist with organizational restructuring and change‑management projects.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR and organizational development.
• Experience in job design, job description creation and organizational structure development.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
