Outbound Call Center Representative

About the role

The Outbound Call Center Representative works full‑time on‑site in Giza, contacting prospective and existing customers to promote Uptown October Developments' real‑estate projects. The role focuses on lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and delivering accurate property information.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following scripted dialogues to introduce project features.
• Qualify leads, answer initial inquiries, and arrange site visits or appointments.
• Document call outcomes, update customer records in the CRM, and track follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and achieve call and conversion targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional telephone etiquette.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, especially outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and clear, confident telephone etiquette.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Giza and meet performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.
