Outbound Sales Executive - Automotive

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the dubizzle Group, is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive in New Cairo City. The role involves proactively contacting potential and existing clients by outbound calls to generate revenue, turn leads into paid listings and recommend tailored products. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote dubizzle products and services and convert listings into paid packages.
• Identify customer needs, listing objectives and sales opportunities through probing and active listening.
• Explain package benefits and tailor offers to customer requirements and budget.
• Recommend the most suitable package and upsell or cross-sell where applicable.
• Guide customers through payment options and ensure successful payment processing.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Use CRM systems, scripts and sales tools to manage interactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and productivity metrics while following company policies and compliance standards.
• Follow up on leads and incomplete transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of sales, telesales or customer-facing commercial experience; call center sales experience preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead conversion or upselling is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule availability when required.

Required skills

• CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Sales, negotiation, persuasion, objection handling and closing skills.
• Strong verbal communication, problem solving, time management and target achievement.
