Outlet Manager - Food & Beverage

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to lead its food and beverage operations in Cairo, Egypt. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the manager oversees all aspects of outlet operations while maintaining high service standards and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet(s) and ensure service meets Fairmont standards
• Lead and mentor the outlet team, fostering a supportive and inclusive culture
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food safety regulations and company policies
• Deliver professional, friendly service and handle guest concerns promptly and empathetically
• Manage scheduling, inventory, menus, pricing and promotions, and use POS systems to streamline operations
• Recruit, train and develop outlet colleagues
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on revenue-generating initiatives and promotions
• Analyze and manage departmental budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality
• Maintain detailed records of operations, staffing and financial transactions, and attend regular departmental meetings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in outlet management, F&B operations or hospitality management
• Proven track record of managing P&L statements and achieving financial targets
• Proven Food and Beverage leadership experience
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages preferred

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows applications and general computer literacy
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and vendor relationship management
