Overnight Medical Scribe – Medicine Graduates

About the role

Innovative Work Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medicine graduate to join its on‑site team in Cairo for overnight shifts. As a Medical Scribe you will work side‑by‑side with physicians, capturing patient encounters in real time to ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans during overnight hours.
• Review and update electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain completeness and accuracy.
• Clarify clinical information with physicians and ensure compliance with privacy and documentation standards.
• Organize medical data and support workflow efficiency for the night team.

Required profile

• Medical graduate (MBBS or equivalent) with strong academic foundation.
• Ability to work consistently overnight and manage time effectively.
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and respect for patient confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Basic computer applications.
