Partnership Operations Intern

About the role

The Partnership Operations Intern will serve as the operational backbone of Mondia’s partnerships function. You will track deliverables, keep cross‑functional teams aligned, and act as the first point of contact for partners to ensure smooth communication and processes across new launches and live projects.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Product on partnership‑specific topics.
• Track timelines across active workstreams, flagging delays early and preparing status summaries.
• Monitor live partner activities such as campaigns, reporting, and tech updates, surfacing blockers.
• Maintain trackers, action logs, and timelines to give full visibility of progress and pending items.
• Coordinate communication between the Partnerships team and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Prior coordination, operations, or support experience is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting with teams and senior stakeholders across the organization.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with coordination and productivity tools, especially MS Office (spreadsheets, shared documents, task trackers).
