About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for a full-time Pastry Cook to join its kitchen team. The cook produces all pastry for hotel operations under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and Assistant Pastry Chef, while continuously developing culinary knowledge to deliver high-quality meals.

Key responsibilities

• Produce all pastry for hotel operations
• Develop culinary knowledge to ensure high-quality meals
• Work under the guidance of the Pastry Chef and Assistant Pastry Chef

Required profile

• Well-mannered, visionary and passionate, with a deep understanding of the hospitality concept
• Special talent and passion for delivering the highest culinary standards
• Commitment to maintaining quality with a good understanding of food, health and safety regulations
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

Required skills

• Familiarity with the use of various pieces of kitchen equipment
