Valet Parking Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for a professional, courteous and service-oriented full-time Valet Parking Attendant. The role provides exceptional guest service by welcoming guests on arrival, parking and retrieving their vehicles safely and promptly, giving directions and hotel information, and making a positive first and last impression of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and in a timely manner
• Assist guests with directions and hotel information
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and handle vehicles with care

Required profile

• Solid proficiency in English, speaking, writing and listening
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicle types
