Payroll Relationship Manager

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Payroll Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers. The role combines relationship management with sales of the company's SME products, including payroll, insurance, microfinance and HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME customers through regular communication and visits to their premises.
• Understand each customer's unique needs and tailor solutions, including promoting and selling products such as payroll, Client Yellow Card, insurance, microfinance, SME landing, Market Money Fund, the Payday HR solutions system, Buy Now Pay Later consumer finance, POS, and the Client Pay/Link e-commerce payment gateway.
• Achieve personal sales and revenue targets by contracting with companies, acquiring payroll for SME customers, landing new customers and selling products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the SME portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B and corporate sales (a must).
• Flexible to perform outdoor visits; dynamic, energetic and passionate about building new business relationships.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Experience in the banking sector or dealing with the SME segment is a plus.
