About the role
The People and Culture Director will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, shaping HR policies and practices that support rapid growth in a fast‑paced technology environment. This senior role balances high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution to build high‑performing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Human Resources team, handling recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and organizational structure improvements.
- Oversee core HR programs such as compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, training, and employee relations.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
- Conduct HR analytics, monitor key metrics (hiring, retention, performance) and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and keep policies up to date.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading an HR function, preferably at a senior or director level.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable HR processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in a technology or fast‑growth environment is a plus.
