People Business Partner – Obour Plant

About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a People Business Partner for its Obour Plant in Egypt. The role will support the plant’s workforce by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies and local regulations, and fostering an inclusive culture.
Key responsibilities
- Implement communication policies to ensure effective information flow across all organizational levels.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs that meet market unit needs and comply with legal standards.
- Maintain salary policies that guarantee internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Provide timely personnel administration, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, feedback, and development.
- Coach managers on the Annual Operating Plan linked objective‑setting process.
- Manage labor relations and support business growth while adhering to regulatory constraints.
- Oversee performance management systems such as Performance Development Reviews, Development Discussion Cards, and Management tools.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
- Experience in personnel administration, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and compliance with legal standards.
