People & Talent Consultant (Recruitment & HR Operations)

About the role

Syscort is seeking a People & Talent Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle and support core People & Culture initiatives. The role combines talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations to help build a high‑performing, collaborative workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job requisition, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Coordinate technical, managerial and client interview panels and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics for regular reporting.
• Lead onboarding activities, prepare documentation, conduct inductions and support new hires through probation.
• Organise employee engagement events, wellness programs and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS, handle transfers, exits and generate HR reports and dashboards.
• Support HR policy compliance, performance review cycles and internal communications.

Required profile

• Proactive recruiter with strong partnership skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
• Experience in a consulting or fast‑growth environment is a plus.
