About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency serving the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage high‑volume paid campaigns for leading regional brands. You will work closely with digital strategists to drive ROI and optimise campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, create, monitor and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other third‑party media platforms.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all engines, ensuring spend aligns with client ROI goals.
• Conduct continuous performance analysis, generate reports, and calculate key metrics such as Cost‑Per‑Lead.
• Develop compelling pay‑per‑click ad copy, perform A/B testing, and implement retargeting/remarketing strategies.
• Collaborate with digital strategists to respond rapidly to optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or a related advertising role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client ROI targets.
