About the role
The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides high‑level administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s agenda runs smoothly and strategic priorities are met. This role acts as a central hub for communication, coordination, and information flow across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate invitations to optimize time usage.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documents, and follow‑up materials to ensure productive discussions.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence, directing the CEO’s attention to high‑impact matters.
- Assess external invitations and engagements, helping prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, identify potential challenges, and enable proactive decision‑making.
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and performance indicators to support strategic execution.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and decisions across projects.
- Identify workflow improvements and address process gaps to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations with accurate data.
- Maintain organized, confidential records and files for quick access.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and events, upholding the company’s image.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification or relevant training is a plus.
- Demonstrated discretion, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities, especially under pressure.
