Pharmacist Operational Team Leader

About the role

NEXperience is seeking a full‑time Pharmacist Operational Team Leader to manage a pharmacy team in its Cairo office. You will ensure medication‑related services are accurate, safe, and compliant with client and regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy workflows, prescription processing, and medication validation.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, coach staff, and resolve conflicts.
• Optimize schedules and manage service‑level and quality targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and implement quality‑assurance measures.
• Track key performance indicators and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or higher) and active registration in good standing.
• Experience in clinical, retail, or hospital pharmacy operations, preferably in the Saudi market.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, prescription verification, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with pharmacy information systems.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
