Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (Multiple Locations)

About the role

Elezaby Pharmacy, Egypt’s leading pharmacy chain, is seeking qualified pharmacists to join its retail locations across the country. You will work directly with patients, ensuring safe medication dispensing and providing professional counseling in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications, verify dosage, labeling, and directions.
• Check prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, and appropriateness.
• Maintain patient records, manage inventory, and process customer payments.
• Provide comprehensive counseling on prescribed and over‑the‑counter products.
• Educate patients on health‑related products and answer medication queries.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and follow up daily.
• Handle inbound calls for prescription status, refills, billing, and product information (call‑center role).
• Achieve sales targets and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced pharmacists.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for documenting customer interactions.
