Physical Security Solutions Manager (Design)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Solutions Manager to lead the design and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and Perimeter Security systems across major projects in Egypt. The role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring high‑quality, compliant and scalable security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the design of physical security systems for multiple projects, reviewing schematics, BOQs and system architecture.
• Coordinate integration of security solutions with ELV, ICT, AV and BMS platforms.
• Gather client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage scope, risks and dependencies.
• Support tendering activities by reviewing technical proposals, evaluating vendors and providing cost‑effective alternatives.
• Represent the security design team in client and consultant meetings, presenting concepts and addressing technical comments.
• Provide technical support during implementation, testing and commissioning to ensure design compliance on site.
• Lead, mentor and allocate work for security engineers, monitoring performance and fostering professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in physical security system design and integration, preferably on GCC/Middle East projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and Perimeter Protection.
• Proficiency in security risk assessment, mitigation methodologies and knowledge of international standards (UL, EN, SASO).
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus; MBA preferred.
