About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchen in Alexandria. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality pizzas that meet our brand standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes.
• Make pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and overall kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or high‑volume restaurants is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
