PMO Senior Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive PMO Senior Consultant to join its procurement transformation program. You will drive project coordination, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support execution excellence across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project management activities for procurement‑related initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑regional timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, maintaining up‑to‑date documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
• Monitor progress against milestones, proactively escalating risks or delays.
• Facilitate communication between procurement, solution, and business stakeholders, organizing operational committees and project meetings.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and integrate it into project planning.
• Track change requests, testing activities, and issue resolution for procurement modules.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance meet project standards.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles on large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Experience preparing operational procedures.
• Understanding of procurement processes and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• High attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
