Project Manager (SaaS Startup)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to bring structure, accountability and operational excellence to an early-stage music-technology SaaS startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on implementing and optimizing project management systems, overseeing daily operations and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver on time.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, configure and maintain project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion or similar platforms.
• Create a single source of truth for projects, workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Run daily and weekly sprint cycles, clarify priorities and monitor deadlines.
• Track deliverables, proactively follow up on delays and remove blockers.
• Conduct daily check-ins, document action items from meetings and ensure follow-through.
• Identify risks early, flag bottlenecks and plan mitigation strategies.
• Report progress to stakeholders and align teams with the broader strategic plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager or Delivery Manager in a SaaS or early-stage startup environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning and fast-paced product workflows.
• Excellent organisational abilities and confidence to hold team members accountable.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams is preferred.
