PR Manager

About the role

The PR Manager will lead the development and execution of communication strategies for both existing retainer clients and new strategic events. Working closely with the PR, Marketing and Events teams, you will ensure clear, compelling brand communications are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Use insights to inform strategic decisions and drive effective execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams to support research, briefs and strategic planning.
• Build and nurture relationships with stylists, press, thought leaders and senior media contacts to secure earned media coverage.
• Leverage influencer networks to generate reach and advocacy.
• Oversee budget and timeline management for client accounts.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview talking points and other written materials.
• Monitor, analyse and report PR results on a monthly basis, preparing performance reports for clients.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, shoots and other media‑related activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the PR department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of PR experience, preferably within the luxury or lifestyle sector.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
