Process Engineer Manufacturing (0-3 Years Experience)

About the role

P&G is hiring a Process Engineer for its Cairo and October 6th manufacturing plants, open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. The role starts as a Technical Engineer working with a broad range of processing equipment on a key project, with clear responsibilities and mentoring from day 1.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives
• Study technical feasibility using high-end computer modeling and simulation
• Lead economic evaluations and consult with Manufacturing, R&D and other groups
• Design, develop and procure new processing equipment
• Develop and run acceptance tests on vendor-supplied equipment
• Lead new equipment commissioning in the production plants and train production teams
• Solve equipment problems together with production staff on new or existing operations

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics or another relevant engineering degree, with 0-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Other majors considered: Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis)
• Good knowledge of English
