Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials for our manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting the sourcing of new local vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate with existing suppliers and identify potential new ones to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Issue purchase orders and manage the purchasing process in line with approved PO procedures.
• Communicate requirements and follow‑up commitments with suppliers and general contractors.
• Monitor and coordinate material deliveries to guarantee on‑time receipt at the warehouse.
• Review supplier quotations for accuracy, resolve related issues, and maintain documentation.
• Purchase packing materials for manufacturing plants and onboard new suppliers onto the bidding system.
• Track supplier performance, address concerns, and sustain long‑lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Organizational and documentation competence.
• Proficiency in English.
