Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (Remote)

About the role

ACOUSTIEG is seeking a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and logistics for its construction and acoustic treatment projects. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape material procurement strategies across Saudi Arabia and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and project‑specific requirements.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to maximize commercial value.
• Coordinate import/export shipments, handling all documentation and compliance with Saudi import regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast material needs with project teams, and track purchase orders.
• Resolve supply‑chain and logistics issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Analyze supplier performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of procurement experience in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
• Proven track record sourcing from Europe, China, and GCC countries.
• Experience managing import logistics, preferably importing into Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with acoustic systems, façade solutions, or specialty building products is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive commercial value.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available for a full‑time, fully remote role.
