About the role

Tribe X Digital is seeking a Producer to own end‑to‑end production outcomes for luxury and tech clients. You will safeguard quality, manage budgets and timelines, and lead on‑set teams to deliver polished photo and video assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production from pre‑production through handover, owning scope, execution and wrap‑up.
• Build realistic budgets with contingencies and enforce achievable timelines.
• Direct on‑set execution, fostering a calm, professional culture.
• Manage Production Coordinators and raise production standards across projects.
• Proactively protect quality through planning and disciplined decision‑making.
• Escalate risks early to avoid surprises for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in production or project‑ownership roles.
• Near‑native English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of managing budgets and timelines for photo and video productions.
• Extensive on‑set experience across multiple productions.
• Cultural fluency across Europe, US, Japan and GCC.
• Unrestricted ability to travel internationally from Egypt, including early calls and weekends.
